B on E(R)
Posted by Mona - No CommentsBuscemi will guest star on the season finale of ER, a show I haven’t watched in a good 7 years.
And since this emergency room is often as dangerous as a cage-fighting venue, he’ll “threaten the safety” of the hospital staff and make Pratt “choose between the life of a patient or the lives of his staff.”
Also appearing in the episode: Stanley Tucci. Man, those boys are just doing everything together these days.

Your sex life checked out very nicely.
The general consensus seems to suggest that Buscemi did great, it was the story that made no sense. You can judge for yourself. If you missed the episode when it aired live, click here to see it free on the NBC website. This is my first time watching 30 Rock, and I thought it was brilliant. They won an Emmy, you know.

Buscemi will guest star on the Emmy Award-winning NBC comedy 30 Rock. His episode is set to air Thursday, October 18.
In an effort to cut off any chance of GE digging up dirt against him, Jack (Alec Baldwin) hires his own private investigator, Len (Guest Star Steve Buscemi), to head them off. However, when Jack learns that he must give up his secret cookie jar collection, it almost proves to be too much of a sacrifice. Tracy’s (Tracy Morgan) wife, Angie (Guest Star Sherri Shepherd), announces that she is going to be with him at all times to make sure that he behaves. Liz (Tina Fey) thinks this will be good for Tracy, however, when Tracy forces Liz to cover for him, she quickly learns that it doesn’t pay to be on Angie’s bad side. Meanwhile, Jenna (Jane Krakowski) is enjoying all the success and admiration her weight gain has brought until she realizes that she is starting to lose the weight.
59th Emmy Awards: spot the Buscemi

Although winner Alan Taylor gave rightful props to Buscemi for his Pine Barrens episode, he was not in the winner’s circle tonight as The Sopranos took Outstanding Drama Series at the 2007 Emmy Awards. That’s really too bad, he does clean up nicely.
Congratulations to The Family. Nobody deserves this more than all of you.

I made that. Like it? He has been Simpsonized before, officially, but in honor of his second appearance on the show, I thought I’d do it again. Also, I couldn’t sleep. If you’re interested in the plot points of Steve Buscemi’s show and that of Jon Stewart, Jack Black and others, have a look at this Springfield sneak peek.
Media circuit
Posted by Mona - No CommentsThe movies are rolling out and making gold, so now it’s pimp time!
- Steve Buscemi will make an appearance on Regis and Kelly on Monday, August 6th. Chris Tucker will also be there, and Carson Kressley will guest host. I do not own a television, and will instead depend on a put-upon
suckerfriend to tape it for me. - Adam Sandler, meanwhile, will be out touting I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. Look for him on David Letterman Monday night (August 6); Kevin James August 13.
- Sandler/James will also team up for Jimmy Kimmel Live on August 14. I hear it will be live.
