DiCillo apologizes

DiCillo before

The following section has been invisibilized and withheld from public view. The author wishes to offer sincere thanks to TISBuscemi.com for pointing out the should-a-been-obvious reason. The deleted section will be reinstated a few months after the film’s release. For those who already read it I ask your forgiveness–this is my first blog.

I am not a woman who is easily swayed. Your futile attempts at an apology have barely chipped at the icy enclosure of my unforgiving heart. Good day, sir.

Thanks for the advice and support. And again my apologies. I know you will greatly appreciate Steve’s performance in the film. Any other helpful suggestions go ahead and leave me a comment.

I uh, umm. You, err, I… excuse me, I have something in my eye. But you’re not off the hook yet, pal.

To TISBuscemi.com. Thanks very much for the objective observation. I was in too deep and should have known better. You made a valid point. I appreciate it and offer my sincere apologies. Please see Blog 12 to see the corrected error offense.

Okay, enough.

I feel kind of bad. This website is supposed to be about Steve Buscemi, but I am totally falling in love with Tom DiCillo. First of all, look at the guy. Yeah. Also, invisibilized? That is so adorable. I just want to braid his hair and give him a manicure while we bake cookies and giggle about boys. I am not even kidding.

You are forgiven, Mr. DiCillo, and I want to thank you for being so A+. I never thought my words would matter so much to you, or anyone, and I most certainly did not expect you to apologize - three times. I spent all day trying to think of the best way to go about addressing this, because you really have just flattered me speechless (don’t worry, it won’t last). Artists like you, who give a damn and care about the fans, rather than the money the fans represent, are saving the industry. I feel like a total tool for typing that, but it’s absolutely true.

Like I mentioned originally, everything you’ve done has only made you more and more appealing. It isn’t just about your cheekbones and hair. Even if you have offered a hearty ‘go to hell’ for me and my website, I would have supported this movie - and not just because of Buscemi. You made a fan out of me months ago, like it or not, especially now that we’re such BFFs. You are a decent person, and that pleases me.

I am so glad we had this little talk.
